delivery, provided items are unworn, 
unwashed, and in original condition 
with tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the 
responsibility of the customer unless 
the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 
business days after we receive 
the returned item.

Sale items and Limited Edition pieces 
are final sale and cannot be returned.
